Written in 2016 for the humor site Sammiches and Psych Meds, a division of MockMom, this political satire piece is about a version of the White House following redecorating by the Trumps.

A first-person story about my experience during my first ten days volunteering in a humanitarian capacity at the Polish/Ukrainian border. Written for the Detroit Jewish News, the story references my family's history and a song from Fiddler on the Roof. My photo was used as the edition's cover, which was awarded First Place for cover design at the 2023 Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) Excellence in Journalism Awards.

This story about this year's cuts to national parks' staff aims to inform and prepare visitors on what they might expect when visiting a U.S. national park in 2025. experts weigh-in on what areas the cuts will affect and how it might affect the parks and the wildlife for generations to come.
